2) Financing

3) Auction properties

The team will use the financing funds for all expenses such as the bidding and renovation of the designated real estate. If the bidding fails, the investor's principal will be refunded by the agreement.

4) Renovation and New Construction

The team will carry out comprehensive renovation and construction of the house, such as layout, furniture, carpet, garden, roof, kitchen, bathroom, etc. When the renovation funds are insufficient, the team will make up for it, and the balance will be owned by the team.

5) Sell the property
